What started as a bold idea during the uncertainty of a pandemic, has grown into a thriving, values-driven business.

Celebrating four years in business, Dusty’s has become a community hub where locals could reconnect, shop mindfully, and rediscover the joy of food.

Located in Torquay VIC, Dusty’s sells Certified Organic wholefoods, pantry staples, and eco-living products.

Dusty’s stocks no single-use plastics in-store, and owners Lisa Newton and Brendan White often turn down suppliers whose products don’t align with their values.

Customers are encouraged to bring their own containers or use the paper bags provided, reducing waste, supporting local suppliers, and rethinking how they engage with food.

Lisa and Brendan have created a warm, welcoming space where locals can slow down, connect, and shop with meaning. Dusty’s actively supports local schools, charities, and grassroots environmental efforts, believing that real change starts at the local level.

Now employing a growing team and proudly nominated in the 2024 Business Excellence Awards, Dusty’s is a Surf Coast success story.
