Founded by Jason and Nadia Spicer in 2019, Spicer Building has quickly cemented itself as a prominent and reputable building company within the community.

Their recent win at the prestigious 2025 Master Builder’s Victoria Regional Western Awards for Best Custom Home $800k-1M further solidifies their commitment to excellence and quality craftmanship.

Offering a full service from design to construct, Spicer Building welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with clients in the early stages of their design and build.

“At Spicer Building we have found that having a builder, architect and engineer working together from the very first step of the design process, ensures the design of the home is not only architectural and functional, but also customised to client design briefs, lifestyle and most importantly construction budget,” Jason said.

The Spicer Building design to construct process includes discussion and documentation of client briefs and project requirements, engaging and liaising with local architects and consultants throughout the design process, and overseeing the regulatory compliance works by completing all pre-construction authority approvals. From there, the construction phase moves through overseeing and managing all construction services, building compliance and the scheduling of subcontractors to ensure overall project delivery is achieved in a compliant, timely, cost-effective and sustainable manner.

With access to a wide network of experienced and loyal contractors, led by hands-on project and site management, the team at Spicer Building are passionate about offering an excellent build experience for their clients, whilst also maintaining strong, professional partnerships with local subcontractors.
