The family business is owned by Mark, Sue and Max Dillon who are on a mission to improve the quality of life for people who need assisted mobility, independence and freedom.

All products have been tested to meet the ISO international safety standards and comply with Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration standards, ensuring customers are purchasing a safe and reliable device.

They also offer an after sales service, ensuring equipment is in top working order, providing servicing and repairs in-store or in customers’ homes, depending on the situation.

More complex repairs are generally completed in store, once the team has been out to collect the device, while some spare parts are also available in store and less-common pieces can be ordered in.

Registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Scooters and Mobility Geelong can help to understand the entitlements customers have and assist in working through the process.
