Anthony Callea, Tim Campbell
Across a 28-date run, Campbell and Callea will take audience members through some of John’s and Michael’s biggest hits, breathing new life into the classics with The Songs of Elton and George tour.
The new tour follows already sold-out shows next month at Melbourne’s Hamer Hall and Sydney Opera House, where the two singers will be joined by John Foreman and the Australian Pops Orchestra.
Callea and Campbell said continuing the tour with their band was an amazing journey.
“We have been blown away by the reaction to our Hamer Hall and Sydney Opera House shows next month.
“With countless messages on our socials asking for us to bring the show to more cities and towns around the country, we decided to take the show on the road and ensure we bring the musical genius, fun and good times to as many parts of Australia as possible and we can’t wait.
“Live performances were a testament to George Michael’s stage presence and charisma, and Elton John’s live performances are renowned for their theatricality and high energy.
“We can’t wait to put on these shows for audiences to be part of an electrifying celebration of their incredible music.”
The unique on-stage chemistry between the two artists leads to an unforgettable live music concert, celebrating Elton John and George Michael.
In 2023, the pair found success with their Up close and Unpredictable Tour, performing 27 sold out shoes across the country, and this tour will deliver for audiences again.
The pair will start their tour on February 21 in Frankston and head to Geelong for a performance at Costa Hall on March 1.
