DESSERT experts Brazen Brownies are encouraging locals to take to the skies to and from Avalon Airport after launching a new partnership with Australian independent low-cost airline Bonza.

The handmade brownies are now available on all Bonza’s Victorian flights and are available in a series of flavours including wicked chocolate addiction, very berry blonde, salted caramel, coconut, peanut butter and hazelnut chocolate.

After being approached by Bonza in their bid to source locally made products for their all-Australian inflight menu, Brazen Brownies stated it was thrilled to jump on board to spread their love of desserts around the country.

Brazen Brownies owner George Kalpakis said it had been a dream come true to partner with Bonza to serve up the delicacies on their flights.

“We’ve been doing the brownies for five years and are just so excited to break new ground with Bonza with this exciting new partnership.

“I’ve got a love for dessert and a passion for aviation and when we were approached by Bonza, we were all ears.

Brazen Brownies is on board as an official Bonza Victoria partner.

“Bonza have made a huge effort to make sure their menu is completely 100 per cent Australian, and we are thrilled to be part of that.

“Ultimately, they’ve been pretty brazen in a very competitive airline market, and we think bringing our brownies to Bonza will be a huge opportunity for us.”

Made from scratch and with love at their base in Fairfield, Melbourne, Brazen Brownies is constantly trying to make the most perfect sweet treat, combining elegance with lightness to create a tastebud wonderland.

“The texture on our brownies is very unique and something that really separates us from the crowd,” Mr Kalpakis said.

“We think we’ve got Australia’s best brownie and hope our partnership with Bonza can help share that with people far and wide.”

Mr Kalpasis said he looked forward to hopefully a long and terrific relationship with Bonza.

“They go where most won’t and that’s attacking the regional market, ultimately opening up the skies and bringing people closer.

“We are absolutely thrilled to be working together and connecting with them from that grassroots level to bring happiness to our community.”
