Comedian’s new show is totally normal
Australian comedian Nazeem Hussain is back on tour, returning to the stage in February with his new show Totally Normal.
Hussain is well known for his radio and TV appearances, nationally and internationally.
The comedian has performed around the globe including sell-out performances at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Soho theatre in London and a range of other countries.
Throughout his career, Hussain has embarked on several tours, his most recent Hussain That, in 2022 selling out venues across Australia, before he took the tour over to Auckland in 2023 for two back-to-back shows.
His Netflix special, Nazeem Hussain: Public Frenemy, was filmed at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal and began streaming in 2019, introducing him to new fans.
Hussain pushed boundaries as the star and creator of his TV show Legally Brown. Airing for two seasons on SBS, the series was nominated for Most Outstanding Comedy at the 2015 Logie Awards.
Along with his own TV shows he has also been on ‘I’m a Celebrity, Get me Out of Here,’ ‘The Project,’ The Weekly with Charlie Pickering’ and more.
In 2022, Hussain added writing to his list of talents, releasing his children’s book series Hy-larious Hyena.
Hussain will take the stage at the Geelong Arts Centre on October 18.
