Omega Ensemble in Geelong
Founded in 2005, Omega Ensemble is one of Australia’s finest and most lauded chamber groups. With a dedication to engaging the finest Australian musicians, as well as international guest artists. Lee Abrahmsen graduated from Melbourne University with an honours degree in Music, then pursued a period of voice study and performance opportunities in Europe with Antonio Moretti-Pananti (Florence), Daniel Ferro Vocal Program and Festival (Tuscany) and the Bel Canto Festival (Holland). Sunshine at the Farmers Market
Enjoy the sunshine in spring and head down to the Bellarine Community Farmers’ Market from 9am until 1pm. Local farmers, growers, producers, community groups and passionate foodies provide fresh food, produce and plants direct to the public in one convenient location. Several key initiatives include the Shared Community Stall whereby small scale producers bunk in together on one volunteer-run stall. Running every third Saturday of the month, the market is at the Ocean Grove Park located on the corner of Draper Street and Presidents Avenue.
