Festival of flavour at Chocolaterie

Chill out at the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery as they celebrate the end of summer with the annual Ice Cream Festival running until February 25. Ice cream lovers will be able to indulge in a suite of 144 different artisan flavours crafted by a team of talented Chocolatiers. Twelve new flavours will be introduced each day of the festival for you to try – think old-time favourites, classic combinations as well as exotic creations. Ice cream aficionados will love the dedicated tasting sessions for just $18. Betts brings the beats to brewhouse

A regular performer around the Geelong region for many years, Dean Betts is often remembered for his time with Geelong band Rogues and Scholars. Playing a host of classic covers from the likes of Dragon, Birds of Tokyo, Ed Sheeran, Radiohead, Hootie and the Blowfish, Coldplay, The Script, David Bowie, Kings of Leon, Ben Harper, James Reyne, Train, Johnny Cash and John Cougar (Mellencamp), there is sure to be something for everyone. This is a free event at the Queenscliff Brewhouse, specialising in craft beer, craft cider, craft whisky and local produce food from the Otway and Geelong region, as well as so much more. Dean Betts will be performing from 9pm, at 2 Gellibrand Street, Queenscliff.

Sundays star at Swan Bay

Basils Farm Sunday Sessions run from September to April, with a variety of artists chosen each month. February will feature an acoustic style, with The Voice star Imogen Brough singing soothing sounds this Sunday from 12.30pm-3.30pm. Entry is free, but as Sundays can be busy, bookings are essential. The Cellar Door will open from 11am-5pm. You can book online for up to 20 guests. From groups of over six people, a $5 tasting fee applies.
