Fish for a delicious, decadent long lunch
Our friendly local fisherman and their catches will be the stars of the show at Bellarine Estate’s World’s Longest Lunch.
To be held tomorrow (Friday) from midday, the event is a spinoff of the Melbourne World’s Longest Lunch, which heralds the beginning of the renowned Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.
The World’s Longest Lunch encourages Victorians to gather together to indulge in the offerings of the state’s best makers and producers, and at Bellarine Estate, the tables will be laden with four courses of delicious local seafood accompanied by local wines, beers and ciders.
If seafood is not to your liking, or if you have special dietary requirements, simply contact Bellarine Estate with your booking number ahead of the event to arrange for a suitable meal.
The team from Faith Kitchen will also be on board to make the lunch one to remember.
Faith Kitchen is the result of a program that engages local secondary students, training them to operate a restaurant including cooking and serving duties.
vineyards, or for the more energetic, put on your dancing shoes for live music on the lawns.
