Geelong street party for St Pat’s

With St Patrick’s Day falling on March 17 (a Saturday this year) celebrations will be in full swing at Murphy’s, Geelong’s only Irish bar.

GEELONG’S only Irish pub, Murphy’s, is readying for its biggest St Patrick’s Day yet with entertainment running from dawn till dusk.

With St Pat’s falling on Saturday March 17 this year, the festivities will kick off with an Irish breakfast at 7am, food trucks set up in the carpark and Coronation Street blocked off from midday onwards for a massive street party.

Revellers can enjoy free entry before 6pm, a full morning, afternoon and evening of live entertainment, DJ’s and bands, and the newly launched rooftop bar.

With games, giveaways, great tunes and a giant inflatable pub, the new look Murphy’s on Aberdeen is the only place to be this St Pat’s day to be sure.
