As shes out in the glass, it delivers a eal opulence and drive with a rich core of beautifully integrated dark fruits, understated yet powerful concentration, elegance and finesse, depth of flavour and complexity from a vintage that was widely heralded as one of the greats for Margaret River Cabernets. The feel is sublime, smooth and effortless with a breadth and depth of flavours in harmony on the palate, the structure’s complete and ready for the long haul if you’re intending on cellaring this beauty for the next 20-30 years. Their current release 2012 Rolling Stone is also available and is another fantastic follow up vintage that has also accrued a plethora of plaudits from the industry stalwarts including a 97/100, so take your pick of vintages depending on what you can find, I’m sure you will not be disappointed.
