Melburnians to join the party

November 7, 2017 BY

Port Phillip Ferries has teamed up with Toast to the Coast and Baie Wines for BAIE on the Bay where patrons will enjoy wine tasting while cruising from Docklands to Portarlington.

The new venture is hoping to attract Melbourne patrons to stay in the Geelong wine region over the two-day festival that runs from November 4-5.

Meanwhile, Port Phillip Ferries has also launched a new service carrying passengers from Geelong to Portarlington and will be hosting a wineand dine cruise for their maiden voyage this Saturday.

The sold-out event is being held in conjunction with Scotchman’s Hill and Terindah Estate and will ferry passengers along the bay to Portarlington where they will be transported to Scotchman Hill’s newly renovated cellar door.

After enjoying a unique wine tasting, patrons will then be chauffeured to Terindah Estate for a two-course dinner matched with estate-made wines in their signature restaurant The Shed.

At sunset, the ferry will depart from Portarlington and return to Geelong for beautiful closing scenery on Corio Bay.
