GREAT Ocean Road Resort is Victoria’s newest destination for wellness-seekers.

The resort’s new Wellness Retreats have been designed by wellness director Michelle Moloney, and are customised to suit a variety of needs.
All-inclusive retreats provide guests with an unforgettable wellness experience.

Guests can enjoy chef-prepared meals at the resort’s fine dining restaurant, The Coast.

There is ample time for relaxation in each retreat, with luxurious spa treatments in the onsite day spa, Lux Spa & Wellness, where guests can also have their choice of mindfulness session, either reiki, shiatsu or kinesiology.

Each retreat offers workshops, customised for individual goals, in a nurturing environment.

Workshops are guided by experienced facilitators and industry experts in wellness, nutrition, mindfulness, skin health, lymphatic drainage, kinesiology and massage.

Guests also have the unique opportunity to experience a range of wellness activities, led by local guides, including surfing, mountain biking, nature walks, yoga, meditation and sound healing.

Great Ocean Road Resort is ideally located close to Anglesea’s beautiful beaches and natural forests, the perfect setting for a wellness holiday or as the backdrop for an offsite yoga session or guided nature walk.

The Resort has a year-round Wellness Retreat calendar.

With a limited number of spots available in each retreat, the retreat’s small group size allows for full customisation, ensuring every guest is looked after on their wellness journey.

Newly renovated indoor and outdoor spaces at Great Ocean Road Resort also offer flexibility to incorporate seasonal alternatives, whether it be welcome drinks on the pool deck or in the private dining room, or swapping a beach walk for a cosy infrared sauna session in cooler weather.

Previous retreat guest, Amanda, shared her experience from the “Replenish” Wellbeing Retreat in December 2021: “I met some wonderfully diverse women who gave me insight into myself just by being themselves. The meditation sessions and tea ceremony were so special. I felt at home with the whole set up. Overall I had a chance to reset, which is what I needed most.”
