Timing – there is a right time for everything in life and I wholeheartedly believe this.

I had dreamt of owning my own business since I was a little girl.

I didn’t have a plan, I never knew what it would be but I could imagine myself there.

After years of searching for the right idea, trying out small entrepreneurial ventures while continuing to work in the corporate world, I began to wonder if this was going to remain a dream.

It wasn’t until the day I first stepped into a salt therapy session this dream suddenly became a reality.

I sat down, took in the surroundings, breathed in the salt and I knew without a doubt that this was it.

My long appreciation of natural salt and its powerful healing qualities was about to turn into something amazing.

Embarking on this Salt Therapy business, in our community is such a perfect fit – it just made sense.

Although starting up a small business can feel overwhelming and it seems as though there are many moments when you could really doubt your decision, I knew that this was it for us as a family.

Although there have been a few tears along the way and lots of hard work, we have learnt so much and it feels satisfying to step back now and see what we have achieved.
