Savor Summer: Seafood Degustation at Apollo Bay Hotel
Apollo Bay Hotel presents the perfect summer dinner event Seafood Degustation on Saturday 10th February at 6.30pm.
Melbourne chef Telina Menzies will be serving up a delectable 7-course menu that has been curated to feature local seafood. Highlights include locally provided southern rock lobster from Apollo Bay Fishermen’s Co-Op, Portarlington mussels and an array of foraged ingredients from land and sea.
The Seafood Degustation will see the head of wine and sommelier, Matt Skinner, partner with Robin Brockett, Scotchmans Hill Winery head winemaker to deliver a selection of hand-crafted wine to match the dining experience.
