SCHOOL SAYS THANKS
Surf Coast Secondary College has said thanks to some of the organisations and businesses that have helped it out in recent times. The college hosted its first community appreciation breakfast in its café on Thursday morning, with guests (including representatives from the Surf Coast Times) served a hot breakfast cooked in the school’s kitchen by its VET Kitchen Operations team. Surf Coast Secondary College principal Scott Diamond (rear, at right) also quizzed school captains Bryson West and Phoebe Markoulis on the challenges of leadership, their future plans, and the strengths of the Torquay community.
