A trip to this iconic winery is always an experience to cherish, but in May, there’s even more to look forward to. From Pinot Affair to the Barrel Hall Sale, May is the month that wine lovers mark on their calendar.

Starting from May 17-19, Pinot Affair is an event that no wine connoisseur would want to miss. The Cellar Door will be showcasing a special Pinot Noir Flight experience featuring current and back vintages. Visitors can indulge in artisanal cheese offerings, including a new addition of Truffle Brie, which pairs perfectly with Pinot Noir. The event also features exclusive sales of back vintage Cornelius Pinot Noir, which is sure to delight wine enthusiasts.

On May 19, Scotchmans Restaurant will host a Pinot Noir Winemaker’s Lunch, featuring a specially curated menu by Executive Chef Hamish Hames. Guests will have the opportunity to savour the Pinot Noir from both Scotchmans Hill and Cornelius, guided by Chief Winemaker Robin Brockett. It’s a unique chance to experience the character and complexity of these remarkable Pinots.

The wine festivities don’t end there. On May 25-26, the famous Scotchmans Hill Barrel Hall Wine Sale will take place, offering visitors the chance to purchase cases, bottles, and empty barrels at discounted prices. The much-loved mystery case is back, and selected wines will be available for tasting. The Barrel Hall is located at 190 Scotchmans Road, Drysdale 3222.
