VILLA Maria Catholic Homes (VMCH) will host an open day on Saturday October 21 for Torquay’s newest aged care residence.
The Star of the Sea Residential Aged Care is a state-of-the-art aged care residence co-located with VMCH’s retirement village in Torquay.
The open day will be fun-filled featuring plenty of entertainment, personalised advice and tours with Pat Panetta from 3AW broadcasting live on location.
A free barbecue, barista-made coffee, Devonshire Tea and fairy floss for the kids will be available for all those in attendance.
VMCH’s is committed to working in partnership with people of all ages and abilities to help them achieve their individual goals and dreams while remaining connected to their communities and enjoying their independence.
The Catholic not-for-profit organisation provides residential aged care, affordable housing options, retirement living, senior support, disability, carer and education services to more than 6,500 people across Victoria and southern New South Wales.

The October 21 event at Star of the sea Aged Care Residence at 1,290 Horseshoe Bend Road kicks off at 10am and runs until 1pm.
