“I understand that often the vendor still has to live in the house too and so I make sure their needs are also being tailored.

“I consult with Links Property clients and I tell them they can hate me for how much work I get them to do on their home, but in the end they reap the rewards.

“From buying to painting, I work with a lean budget, going to cheaper places such as Kmart but make each space look amazing for minimal cost.

“I have a 100 per cent strike rate and I’ve never had a client complain because they know they’ll get a great result in the end.”
