Returning to Sequence Osteopathy for a two-week locum is the knowledgeable and passionate Dr Anna Morrow.

Dr Morrow has an interest in treating jaw pain or TMJ dysfunction, headaches and facial pain and thrives on problem-solving tricky and clicky jaws.

She is of course highly skilled in treating the whole body.

Dr Morrow has a unique approach to osteo treatment.

She graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy in 2008 and is completing her final year in dentistry.

Dr Morrow enjoys treating a wide variety of presenting physical complaints however, she has developed a particular interest in the treatment of jaw, headaches, facial pain, and neck pain.

This led to the further training in the dental field, to help gain a deeper understanding of the complex underlying causative factors of such complaints.

Jaw pain can be incredibly debilitating for those who experience it, and unfortunately there is no cure-all for this condition.

Osteopathy can be extremely effective in releasing tight muscles and stiff joints around the jaw, head and neck to help restore freedom of movement and give significant pain relief.

“I enjoy combining my knowledge of osteopathy with dentistry to help in a really holistic problem solving approach for these patients,” Dr Morrow said.

“I love helping patients really understand their symptoms and the underlying mechanisms that have led to their development.”

Dr Morrow finds that the key to breaking chronic cycles is developing a very mindful approach to the body and the way it moves and functions so that we can reprogram dysfunctional postural patterns that have become habitual and deeply ingrained over many years.

“I see it as an incredible privilege to have the opportunity to work with patients to make positive changes to their health and wellbeing through osteopathic medicine.

“The more time I spend in clinical practice, the more I am fascinated by the complexity and interconnectedness of the human body.”
