Picture this: a New York loft themed cafe, an oversized Slim Aarons print, mellow beats, warm lighting, luxe features, high quality coffee and classic NYC / Melbourne cultured menu.

Now imagine a professional work space with all those attractive features, minus the noisy coffee machine, clinking of dishes and the everyday hustle and bustle of a cafe.  Does this sound like an inspiring spot you could get some work done?  If so, then you should check out A Spot For Business (ASFB), Geelong’s newest co-working space.

ASFB is the newest addition to Geelong coffee hot spot, A Spot For Joe, which means you can get your morning cup of joe (and bagel) delivered straight to your desk.

Situated at 6 Lawrence Place in Geelong, the co-working space joins onto the back of the cafe, and can be accessed via the big glass sliding door located down the funky alleyway.

The co-working space has been specifically designed to be flexible and versatile, allowing it to also be used as a venue hire space for a wide range of business or personal uses.

Out of hours, ASFB becomes “Warehouse 06”.  With a licensed catering business attached, this is an all-in-house package for most venue bookings.  The event style furniture, room sectioning capabilities and quality AV will only add to what’s on offer for your conference or event.

The motivation behind ASFB was to create a spot for small business operators to conduct work in a casual, friendly work environment.  The team has worked hard to create a trendy and inspiring co-working space that not only allows you to get work effectively, but inspire those creative juices.  It is also a great place to meet your clients all while enjoying some of the best coffee and food in Geelong.
