APCO Joe does good work
APCO Joe is the mascot for everything the APCO Foundation does.
He is a volunteer endeavouring to raise money to enable changes in the local community in the areas of health, poverty, education and disaster relief, winning the hearts and minds of APCO customers, franchisees, staff and the broader APCO family.
APCO Joe was created in November 2014 and has become an integral part of APCO’s community engagement.
Customers can sometimes find Joe at one of the many APCO stores throughout Victoria, either wearing an APCO shirt and his tradie uniform, or representing an APCO Charity partner for the Fuel for a Cause program or other APCO events.
This year APCO Joe was seen supporting R UOK? Day and presented a check for $5,000.
On APCO’s 24/7 day, kids were able to join APCO Joe for a dance on the disco floor as their parents made the most of many food and fuel deals throughout the 24 hours of the promotional day.
APCO Joe is always excited when meeting APCO customers and loves to feature in APCO’s social media accounts.
“I’m an all-round handyman for APCO service stations. I love my footy, I love my cricket, I love my mum and I love my APCO,” APCO Joe said.
Beside his tradie work, APCO Joe is a man of many talents, having competed in a unicycle challenge against APCO director Robert Anderson last year.
