Meet the team from Armstrong Creek’s new veterinary clinic
Doctor Emma Stella-Hall’s five-year long vision has now come to fruition.
After years of planning and research, Emma has created a new concept in veterinary design. Emma says her master-planned clinic, Armstrong Creek Vet Practice, is like no other.
Having recently opened its doors, the clinic has already received a huge amount of support from the local community.
Armstrong Creek Vet Practice’s vision is to provide a gold star service at locally competitive prices.
All staff are committed and dedicated to ensuring pets receive the best standards of quality care. The motto is: your pets are our priority.
“We aim to provide our clients with a homely, nurturing and caring service and provide your pets with a fear free environment, separate cat and dog consultation rooms to reduce the transfer of pheromones from one room to the other,” Dr Stella-Hall said.
“We offer compassion and empathy highlighted by our ‘Walkway to Heaven’ room – a room dedicated for your pet’s last visit to the vet, ensuring a comfortable and non-sterile environment for their final moments.
“Clients can stay with their pets for as long as they would like and leave by a separate exit.”
She also said the local community is extremely important to the team at Armstrong Creek Vet Practice, with each member eager to build positive and supportive relationships with anyone who visits the clinic.
“As your pets are our priority, we help foster and empower responsible pet ownership. We are a source of guidance and we love being an integral part of the community.”
The “state-of-the-art” clinic offers a stylish and comfortable waiting room. All equipment is brand new, with facilities to run inhouse diagnostics.
Services include vaccinations, desexing, dentistry, geriatric care, skin disorders, surgical procedures, microchipping, radiology, ultrasound, laboratory and pathology testing, trauma management and weight less programs.
Armstrong Creek Vet Practice will be at the Warralily Market on October 13 from 10am-2pm to meet with friendly faces in the community.
“Come along and say hello to the team. There will be giveaways, a free raffle and many more offer,” Dr Stella-Hall said.
“There will be a free pet check area for you to chat to one of our vets. We look forward to meeting you all.”
