Ballarat visitor has hot ticket in Torquay Lions raffle

The winner of this year’s Torquay Lions Summer Raffle has been revealed. Ballarat resident Mick Condon (centre) had the right ticket when the raffle was drawn at Taylor Park on Australia Day, and celebrated his prize of a new four-burner barbecue with side burner with Torquay Lions Club member Allen Osman (left) and Bendigo Bank manager Shane Downing.
