Bisinella Developments’ Clarendon Park Estate on the Bellarine Peninsula commenced in May this year with title release estimated for December.

Buyers of land in Clarendon Park Estate Drysdale could be building their dream home in the new year, with the residential estate on schedule for a November completion.

Construction of Bisinella Developments’ Clarendon Park Estate, a 35-lot residential estate on the Bellarine Peninsula, commenced in May this year with title release estimated for December.

With the natural beauty and relaxed lifestyle of the Bellarine Peninsula on your doorstep and easy access to the Geelong CBD and beyond, Clarendon Park Drysdale delivers a new dimension in connected living.

There are 14 lots remaining for sale in the 35-lot estate ranging in size from 377m2 to 903m2 and are available from $230,000.

Bisinella Developments’ Director, Richard Bisinella said that there had been strong interest from buyers looking for land on the Bellarine Peninsula.

“With the recent opening of the Drysdale By-Pass travel times between Geelong and Drysdale has now been reduced,” Mr Bisinella said.

“The CBD is a convenient 15-minute drive from the estate, making it extremely accessible for residents.”

Mr Bisinella said he was delighted construction of the residential estate, which has helped maintain employment in the region, was almost complete.

“Clarendon Park Estate is an exciting project for the Bellarine Peninsula, creating 115 jobs over six months.

“More than 95 per cent of the total workforce used to construct the estate is local,” Mr Bisinella said.

The estate is being constructed by local civil contractor Wellam Constructions.

Wellam, which employs more than 100 people, has worked on Bisinella projects for the past 30 years.

Other companies involved in the project include landscaping contractors Ausscapes and Mexted Rimmer and CardnoTGM who manage Bisinella’s civil engineering, surveying and town planning.

Clarendon Park Estate is located 1.2km from the Drysdale Town Centre, with shops, schools, recreational facilities and medical services only a short drive away.

The estate also provides easy access to nearby wineries and quaint seaside towns. It is a seven-minute drive to the Clifton Springs boat ramp, 17 minutes to the Ocean Grove surf beach and 14 minutes to Queenscliff and Portarlington.
