Body found at Jan Juc

POLICE and emergency services recovered a man’s body in water in Jan Juc earlier today (Saturday, February 5).

The 22-year-old man fell off a cliff and into the water near Ocean Boulevard just after 2am.

His body was located by crews from the State Emergency Services and the Search and Rescue Squad about 7.30am.

Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
