Timed to coincide with group fitness classes as part of a mums and bubs service, their child minding service allows you to leave your child in a safe and supervised dedicated area for the duration of the class, enabling you to exercise knowing your little one is being cared for and close by if needed. All of their child minders are police checked and have a current Working with Children Check, plus It’s free for all members.

Body Sculpting & Fitness will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. “We want to make sure that our members have access to the best equipment on the market ,which is why we use Hammer strength and Life Fitness equipment in our gym,” Mr Kaynak said. “We are dedicated to providing a first-class experience for all our members. I am really looking forward to seeing what people think of our creation and I absolutely cannot wait to see people use our gym to transform their bodies and lives for the better!”

Features you will find at BSF include a large strength and conditioning area, with free weights and machines, an expansive cardio training area, functional training equipment, and an on-site infrared sauna, just to name a few.
