Celebrate APCO Mount Duneed’s grand opening

THE Surf Coast, Bellarine and Greater Geelong community is invited to celebrate the grand opening of APCO Mt Duneed.

Family entertainment, activities and community festivities will feature throughout the day, starting at 10am and running until 2pm.

APCO Mt Duneed Retail Partner Ryan Dawson emphasised the significance of the new addition to the local retail landscape.

“This is a grand store and an APCO like no other, so it’s certainly deserving of a grand opening,” he said.

The celebration will feature an official opening ceremony by Greater Geelong mayor Stretch Kontelj, marking the formal launch of this exciting new community hub.

Event highlights will include a free sausage sizzle courtesy of Connewarre CFA, a Monster Truck display and demonstration, APCO’s Race Car on display, live music performances and more.

The children will also be well entertained throughout the day with face painting and balloon sculpting, special kids’ entertainment zones and free APCO show bags for early arrivals.

 

Food lovers will have the chance to meet and greet with MasterChef’s Tim Bone, experience local exhibitors showcasing fresh produce from APCO suppliers and enjoy APCO cafe24-7 fresh tastings and demonstrations.

“We want to make this a community celebration and a day with something for everybody, for families to enjoy, come and meet our team, and come together,” Mr Dawson said.

The event promises to bring the Mount Duneed community together while showcasing the extensive offerings of our new APCO store, which aims to serve as more than just a retail destination but a place where the community can gather and connect.
