A LOCAL tourism company and clean up organisation are teaming up on a fun morning cleanup to help preserve the natural beauty of the Great Ocean Road.

Explore, Engage, Enjoy (e3) and Torquay Rubbish Rangers are hosting a Clean Up Day tomorrow (Sunday April 27) at the Southern Exposure Trail Head (just past the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie).

Locals are invited to enjoy the bush, meet like-minded friends and help make a positive impact on the environment.

All necessary equipment and guidance will be provided on the day.

There will also be games, prizes and refreshments to reward clean-up efforts.

Director of e3 Carlo Lowden said bringing people together to tackle littler is not only impactful but can inspire lasting habits of care and sustainability.

“Preserving the Great Ocean Road and its incredible wildlife is truly a gift to future generations – it’s not just about cleaning up litter, but about showing care for the unique environment and ensuring it thrives for years to come”

The event will be held from 11am to 1pm.
