COME FLY WITH ME – first AirAsia X flight lands at Avalon Airport

HISTORY was made this morning as the first international flight touched down at Avalon Airport.

The AirAsia X flight from Kuala Lumpur carried more than 300 passengers, including AirAsia X group chief executive officer Nadda Buranisiri, AirAsia X Malaysia chief executive officer Benyamin Ismail, Australian High Commissioner to Malaysia Andrew Goledzinowski and Linfox Airports chief executive officer David Fox.

The first outbound flight to Kuala Lumpur leaves later this morning.
