Feel the flow, get positive at Commerce Torquay event
ATTENDEES at next week’s Commerce Torquay After 5 Business Networking event will hear from local experts in not only beer but also solar panels.
Registrations are still open for the latest instalment in the popular series, which will be sponsored by Flowstate Brewers and Distillers and Arkana Energy Group.
Brothers and founders of Flowstate Brewers and Distillers, Shaun and Leigh Bridges, are self-described seekers.
Whether it be through their travels, close relationships, or career paths, the boys have always been seeking to find their life’s passion and do it every day.
Flowstate Brewers and Distillers is a result of the brothers’ eclectic backgrounds in the building, brewing and horticulture industries.
Together, they bring practical creativity and a botanical sensibility to their production processes and drink styles.
Touting itself as being all about “positive energy”, Arkana Energy Group started in Brisbane and the Gold Coast but has since expanded to rolling out solar systems in locations in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, including the Surf Coast.
Arkana has successfully completed over 5,000 installations on both domestic and commercial premises across Australia.
For the business, “positive energy” means more tangible, long-term savings and less reliance on the grid, more carbon offsets, and less “not my problem”.
The Commerce Torquay After 5 Business Networking will be held at Flowstate Cellar Door, 17/10 Cylinders Drive, Torquay on Thursday, November 16 from 5.30-7pm.
Entry is free for Commerce Torquay members and $20 for non-members.
