Crossfit Surf Coast Anzac Day fundraiser

CrossFit Surf Coast is opening its doors tomorrow to the Surf Coast community for a special event at 9.30am following  the Dawn Service.  A special pre-workout ceremony will be conducted to honour the fallen soldier, Australian Army Sergeant Brett Wood, of Victoria, followed by his “Hero Workout” programmed for everyone to take part in.

Afterwards we will all enjoy a post workout BBQ breakfast and Anzac biscuits for a gold coin donation.  A special limited edition t-shirt has been created for the community to purchase before hand, with part proceeds going to the Wood’s and the gym’s chosen charity, the Commando Welfare Trust.
