Drysdale store wins national excellence award
Bellarine business Drysdale Carpet Court is glowing after receiving Best Refurbishment at Carpet Court’s 2016 Excellence Awards in Fiji recently.
The awards were held at the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa on March 13 and were divided into two categories: the Store Awards, which are nominated by Carpet Court head office to acknowledge the hard work and team effort of individual stores, and Staff Awards, which are awarded to outstanding individuals for their accomplishments, and nominated by each Carpet Court member store.
Drysdale Carpet Court was nominated for embracing the Concept Store and new Carpet Court positioning to deliver the best possible in-store experience for customers.
Carpet Court chief executive officer Andrew Brand said he was very impressed with the calibre of the nominations and how much the stores continue to improve their services each year.
“Customer service is at the heart of Carpet Court and the awards enable us to recognise the excellent teams we have working in our stores across the country, as well as to encourage the best possible service we can give to our customers.
“The quality of our teams and members continues to amaze us and have helped us to establish Carpet Court as a respected brand in the community.”
Drysdale Carpet Court store owner Neil Petrie said it was an honour to be rewarded and acknowledged for the outstanding teamwork displayed by his staff.
“Our team is proud to be recipients of the 2016 Best Refurbishment following our commitment to providing our customers top in-store experience.
“We are committed to continuing to build on our offerings in-store to continue to improve the experience in the Bellarine community and are excited to showcase our Excellence Award in-store.”
