Found: Missing teenage boy found safe and well

A teenage boy reported missing on Thursday has been found safe and well.

Police first appealed to the public for help to find Harlen yesterday, after the 15-year-old was last seen in Barwon Heads around 11am.

He was believed to be in the Armstrong Creek or Torquay area and has been safely return home to family this afternoon.
