GIRL TIGERS ON THE PROWL

The Torquay Tigers’ junior girls football teams are working hard ahead of the 2018 season, but are also on the prowl for new players. The under-18 girls were put through their paces in a boot camp with Rose Constance from Step Into Life on the Torquay foreshore on Tuesday evening. Team coach Chris Burgess said the Tigers were fielding under-18, under-15 and two under-12 sides this year, and he encouraged any girls who were interested in playing to attend the information and registration day at the Spring Creek Reserve club rooms on Sunday from 11am-2pm.
