Henderson to host meeting in Aireys Inlet
CORANGAMITE federal member Sarah Henderson will host a community meeting on Saturday for Moggs Creek, Fairhaven and Aireys Inlet residents.
Ms Henderson said a key focus of the meeting, to be held in Aireys Inlet, would be the $4 million bridge to be built at Moggs Creek.
“I share concerns with local residents that the new bridge must not have any detrimental environmental or aesthetic impacts on the Moggs Creek community.
“VicRoads representatives will be attending the meeting to discuss any concerns about the bridge.”
She said the meeting was also an opportunity to raise any other local issues, such as mobile phone reception, the rollout of the NBN, or the upgrade of the Great Ocean Road.
The meeting will be held at the Aireys Inlet Community Hall on Saturday March 17 at 3pm.
