LIFESTYLE Communities announces the opening of its brand-new Clubhouse at St Leonards – The Shores. Sitting at the heart of the community, this state-of-the-art Clubhouse is a picture of thoughtful and functional design.

Designed by Lifestyle Communities’ executive general manager of design and construction Fiona Lloyd, Fiona will be sharing her vision with renowned interior designer, author, businessperson and Channel 9 judge of The Block, Shaynna Blaze, at their upcoming Clubhouse launch event on Saturday, October 4.

A chance to get up close and personal, guests can attend a live ‘In Conversation’ with Shaynna and Fiona at 12 noon in the Clubhouse, where they will discuss the importance of creating an entertainment-friendly space, clever and functional design and its inspiration, along with the influence of colour and texture.

The stunning resort-style Clubhouse takes pride of place in the newest community, with its practical and timeless design a thoughtful approach to building connection and community, an approach that underpins every one of Lifestyle Communities’ locations.

 

An inviting and comfortable space, this design has been influenced by its coastal proximity, featuring warm, natural earthy tones, with accents of blue and green — a nod to the beach only 2km away and the lush gardens and greenery surrounding its stunning location. Organic materials of timber and granite work with the soothing, calming colour palette, playing with the natural light to create a serene and welcoming space.

In addition to its stunning design, the Clubhouse features indoor and outdoor dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, internal courtyard, outdoor deck and barbecue area, perfect for hosting friends and family, making the Clubhouse a hub for entertainment, socialising, and everyday pleasure.

“One of the first considerations when designing and building our Clubhouses is always location, and at St Leonards – The Shores, we had a beautiful location to start with,” Fiona said.

“It’s always important for us to incorporate surrounding trees and greenery into our spaces, conserving the beauty of the natural environment and creating a sense of calm whilst creating a community space that works.”

Special guest Shaynna Blaze is looking forward to the trip to the Bellarine, to celebrate the new Clubhouse and to discuss the design vision with Fiona.
