Lots of lots: Zeally Sands keeps selling

HAYDEN Real Estate held another successful auction for land in the Zeally Sands estate with eight of the 10 offered lots in stage16B of the Crystal Release selling.

Patrick Hayden said the company offered 10 lots for sale ranging from 414sqm to 630sqm.

“There was a strong crowd of about 80 people and strong bidding on most lots,” he said.

“Eight out of 10 lots were sold at the auction with an increase on prices from the previous stage.

“The two largest blocks did not quite meet reserve price and were passed in and negotiations are ongoing on both lots.”

Mr Hayden said it was pleasing to see a variety of purchasers both local and from out of the area looking to secure their favoured lot.

“The majority of the buyers had previously purchased in the estate and were wanting to secure another lot prior to the estate being complete.

“With only one stage left to sell, there will not be many more opportunities.”
