VEHICLES and spectators alike have flocked back to the Torquay Motor Show after a one-year COVID-enforced break.

The February 13 event, organised and run by the Rotary Club of Torquay, saw cars, bikes and vans of all ages and models on show in the event’s usual spot on the Elephant Walk.

Entrants competed for trophies in 25 individual classes, with Ian Waller’s 1928 Auburn Boat Tail Speedster winning not only the Pre-1959 classes but also Best in Show.

Best in Show winner Ian Waller receives his trophy from Rotary Club of Torquay president Michael Reed.

Other winners in selected classes included:

The motor show is a major fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Torquay and supports Rotary’s various projects not only locally, but also nationally and globally.
