NATURAL Real Estate has announced the launch of its Calendar Photo Competition, which is now in its sixth year.

The 13 winning shots will be featured in a high-quality 2025 calendar, which will be distributed to local businesses and homes from early December.

Natural Real Estate director Shaun O’Callaghan said everyone was excited for the new look of the calendar.

“Earlier this year, we rebranded from One Agency Surf Coast to Natural Real Estate, introducing a fresh natural aesthetic,” he said.

“Our 2025 calendar will reflect this new look, beautifully showcasing the stunning local photos that grace its pages every year.

“We are continually amazed by the quality of submissions and the talent within our community. We eagerly anticipate this year’s entries.”

Acclaimed local photographer Ed Sloane will again judge the competition.

Mr Sloane, who has been busy photographing Olympic surfing in Teahupo’o, will bring his expert eye to the task.

The competition brief is simple: capture what you love about Torquay, Jan Juc, Bellbrae and Bells Beach (postcode 3228) whether it is beautiful beaches, lush landscapes, surf spots or mesmerising sunrises and sunsets.

As well as being featured in the calendar, winning photographers will receive recognition through photo credits, extensive social media exposure, media coverage and other promotional avenues.

The public will also get the chance to vote for its favourite shot from the selection of winners, with updates available on Natural Real Estate’s Facebook page.

The 2025 calendars will be available for free from early December. Visit Natural Real Estate at 22 Bristol Road, Torquay, to collect your copy.

To enter, email low-resolution versions of your photos, including the photo location, your name, email, and phone number, to [email protected] by September 25.

Photos can be taken with a camera or smartphone but must meet the high-quality print standards for A4 size.
