A NEW student-designed mural at Surf Coast Secondary College stands as a vibrant symbol of the school’s commitment to creating a culturally safe and welcoming environment.

Created by the college’s First Nations students and proud Wiradjuri artist Jessi Rebel, the mural reflects the importance of cultural respect and connection.

Last week’s community unveil was attended by staff, students, community members, Wadawurrung Traditional Owners, government stakeholders and the local Aboriginal Educational Community Group.
