Oishi-m’s sale bonanza is back
TORQUAY’S favourite children’s-wear brand, Oishi-m, is having its huge samples and seconds sale the first weekend of the school holidays.
The two-day bonanza attracts hundreds of visitors to the region and will be held at Torquay College (Grossmans Road) Saturday June 30 from 9am-4pm and Sunday July 1 from 9am-3pm.
Brimming with bargains and some never-before-seen samples and seconds, this event is not to be missed and owner Miyo Fallshaw said it was full of bargains.
“We are so excited to welcome our customers to Torquay for the sale. They’re coming from all around Australia – it’s a great opportunity to meet them and grab a bargain,” she said.
“BYO bag is recommended. We will also have Ikea bags available for a gold coin to the Geelong Mums organisation.”
Many are expected to stay and play in the area, flocking to see the new Oishi-m space in Torquay Village, which houses both their retail store and office space.
Ms Fallshaw said after winning the 2017 Business of the Year Award at the Geelong Business Excellence Award, the company continued their tremendous growth and subsequently relocated to a larger space.
Behind the store, the Oishi-m Team design and source their locally designed clothing collections and largely produce them in Melbourne.
“We have so many out-of-town customers that we’ve even written a blog post on things to see and do in Torquay. We love where we live and work, so it’s wonderful to share our favourite coffee haunts, shopping, and kid-friendly cafes and parks, where we have shot many of our Oishi-m campaigns,” Ms Fallshaw said.
Oishi-m’s new store is located at T7, Torquay Village, 41-57 Bristol Road, Torquay.
