RACV partners with Geelong Cats to acknowledge outstanding community members

RACV Torquay in partnership with the Geelong Football Club is looking to recognise an outstanding community member for their volunteer work by offering a prize package worth $3,000.

The winner and their nominated guest will attend the Brownless-Stoneham presentation night at GMHBA Stadium on May 31, as well as the Geelong Cats vs Sydney Swans match at home on Saturday June 1.

On game day, the winner and their guest will enjoy a sit-down lunch in The Pivots lounge before viewing the clash from a private area with drinks.

RACV Torquay is also offering overnight accommodation for the award recipient and their guest on both evenings. A full buffet breakfast is included.

Know of someone worthy of the win? Nominations must be sent to [email protected] with a 200- to 300-word description detailing the nominee’s name and recent contribution to the community.

All entries must describe a philanthropic effort carried out in the last 12 months.

Images of the nominee are optional but encouraged. Entrants are asked to provide their contact details along with their nomination.

The competition closes at 5pm on Monday May 27 and will be assessed by a panel of judges.
