Roll up, roll up: Bowls club launches season

A PACKED house at Torquay Bowls Club celebrated the official season launch at the club last Friday. More than 100 attendees heard from club chair Mac Smith and South Barwon MP Andrew Katos, before councillor Martin Duke officially declared the season open. A good night was had by all, with the traditional Friday meat raffle draw closing official proceedings.
