Shire photo contest opens

THE Surf Coast Shire Summer Photo Contest is presently open.
To celebrate the region’s beauty and diversity people are encouraged to post their best photos to Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #SurfCoastShireSummer.
Three winners will be selected from all the photos submitted. They will have their photos digitally printed on a 3mm solid board, valued at $50 each.
The competition is open to anyone who is permanent Australian resident. The only restriction on photos is that they are from the region.
Entries are open until 5pm on January 31.
Surf Coast Shire Council mayor Rose Hodge will then select the winners of the contest on February 4.
The winners will be announced on surfcoast.vic.gov.au.
