Sponsors gather at season lunch

SPONSORS of Barwon Heads Football Netball Club attended a lunch for the 2018 season at the Beach House in Barwon Heads last weekend.

The sponsors were treated to a two-course luncheon while BHFNC women’s captain Georgia Hillman interviewed special guest Lily Mithen from the Melbourne Football Club.

Mithen gave guests an interesting insight into her background, her eventual entry into AFLW and what the future may look like for women’s football.

After lunch guests walked across to Howard Harmer Oval to watch Barwon Heads play against Torquay.

Meanwhile, the club will also host a Reverse Raffle on Sunday May 27 – tickets are available from the BHFNC Clubrooms – and a BHFNC High Society Night on Saturday June 16. Tickets are available at trybooking.com/368315.
