THE executive committee, players, staff and members of the Torquay Football, Netball and Cricket Clubs have extended their sincere condolences to the family and friends of Peter “Drafty” McIver, following his death last week.

“We will keep your spot in the club forever in your memory! RIP Drafty”, the club posted on Facebook. A celebration of his life will be held at Spring Creek Reserve tomorrow (Friday October 19) at 3pm, followed by light refreshments at the club and Torquay Hotel. Donations can be made to One In Five or beyondblue.
