The 2025 Surf Coast Times Torquay Cup will be held tomorrow (Friday, May 23) and again support the work of All Aboard disABILTY Support Services.

Local businesses and community members will enjoy an exciting day of racing at the Geelong Racing Club for the 13th anniversary of the popular annual meet.

All funds raised from the cup will go towards providing personalised and innovative aid to adults living with disability on the Surf Coast.

All Aboard co-founder Kate Marshall said donations would be directed primarily to its project The Junction, “a one stop shop” for disability and support services.

“We are so incredibly grateful to be the beneficiary again this year. Last year we raised $10,000 and to get a result like that again would be incredible.

“The goal with The Junction is to have a facility built on the Surf Coast for people with disabilities to attend programs, therapists, get a haircut, have meaningful roles in a café, connect with community, and more.

“It will be a welcoming place for everyone to come. There’d be sensory playgrounds for families with disabilities to build meaningful connections, so they don’t feel so isolated.”

Times News Group managing director Warick Brown welcomed All Aboard as its beneficiary for this year.

“We look forward to hopefully making a huge contribution to their services on the day,” he said.

Racing will start at 12 noon. General admission tickets to the races are $10.
