SAM McCann has committed himself to providing a quality service since establishing a plumbing business in his name about 12 months ago.
Based in Jan Juc, the licensed plumber and gasfitter has been juggling the tools for a decade.
For the 25 years prior, Sam worked at Ford Australia as a senior supervisor in manufacturing. Eager to get out of the factory, he altered his career path.
“I decided on a career change to get outdoors and do something different,” he said.
“I enjoy meeting new people, solving their problems and working together to suit their budget.”
A one-man show, Sam delivers a range of services including home renovations, rainwater tanks and pumps, hot water service changeovers and installation, water and gas line installation, gas appliance installation, carbon monoxide testing, roofing and guttering and general plumbing maintenance.
Sam said he works flexible hours to suit his clients’ needs.
“People should come to me as I’m friendly, I offer a prompt, reliable and cost-effective service, and I thoroughly research all products and relay details to customers prior to installation,” he said.
“Having worked with various plumbers on the Surf Coast, I’ve been able to obtain a wider skillset and knowledge base, allowing
me to offer alternative ideas and solutions.”
