ENTRIES are now open for the 2026 Surf Coast Trek, with participants invited to experience community spirit, fitness and fundraising all in the one day.
The popular community event is back on May 9 next year, with spots strictly limited.
Trekkers can complete the full 37km challenge from Aireys Inlet to Torquay, or the 23km journey from Anglesea to Torquay.
Fundraising will help the Give Where You Live Foundation and Kids+ to deliver essential vital therapy services close to home.

All proceeds will help people in need to access food, homelessness and opportunities to build a better future.
Give Where You Live Foundation chief executive officer Zac Lewis said the Surf Coast Trek was a unique event.
“Every step trekkers take, and every dollar raised directly supports local programs, helping children, families, and people in need.
“It’s inspiring to see the generosity and energy of everyone involved, and to know that together, participants are not just walking the beautiful Surf Coast trail, they are helping to build a fairer, more inclusive community.”
Kids+ chief executive officer Shaun Cannon said the Surf Coast Trek continued to go from strength to strength, and was a great community event.
“We love seeing familiar faces return each year, and it’s equally inspiring to welcome so many new participants.

“The positive energy and generosity of everyone involved make a real difference to the work we do at Kids+.”
The Give Where You Live Foundation is a community foundation that exists to build a fairer, more equitable community across the G21 region.
